Tandoori Chicken Karahi is a special cuisine of Pakistan. It is full of Chicken and spices. This dish was firstly made by the cook of the Mughlai Family in the 90’s.
The meaning of “RUSK” is a dry biscuit or ” twice cooked bread”. Rusk is a type of simple or a brown bread which is made by sugar, butter and eggs. We bake it, chilled it and then sliced it.
Kachori means a crispy round thing. We filling up chicken fajita in a kachori dough and close it from one side like a potley. In Pakistan, people like to eat mostly on evening snacks. But now a days (Ramadan) month is starting people of Pakistan like to eat kachori in iftar.

Rogan Josh is a dish usually made up of mutton and also beef is a aromatic, spicy and flavorful curry / gravy having yummy and tendered meat in it. The name of the dish is given as the word ”ROGAN” means clarified butter or desi ghee and ”JOSH” means in the sense of stew or gravy / curry.
Nankhatai is a biscuit popular in India and Pakistan. Rather being crunchy, they are really soft and have little bit of a crust at the bottom. They are also very common in Iran and Afghanistan and are known as Kulcha-e-Khataye there.
Bhuna hua qeema means the mince of meat like lamb, mutton, beef, etc are brownish in color, fry them in masala, and spiciest food to eat in lunch or dinner. We can also eat this at breakfast because most of the people in Pakistan eat “salad” in breakfast with parathas or roti as well with a cup of tea must.
