Vietnamese people eat rice as their main staple, so when visiting Vietnam, you will taste various kinds of rice noodles, rice paper, or dumplings. One of the best rice dumplings in Vietnam is Banh Cuon, a fermented rice mixture dumpling filled with grounded pork, mushroom, and minced shallot.
Visiting East Java won’t be complete without taste their delicious culinary. Some food serves using banana leaves to add some unique aroma like you can find when eating Nasi Krawu. Nasi Krawu is Gresik city traditional dish.

Laphet Thohk is a Myanmar salad using Laphet as the main ingredient, topped with fresh vegetables, tomatoes, roast peanut, garlic oil, and minced garlic. Laphet word comes from a local language that means fermented tea leaves.
Black Nazarene become the biggest celebration in the Philippines held every 9 January. During the festival, many different kinds of the traditional dish served for the visitor. Kinamatisang Baka is one of the culinary that become the center of attention.
Gulai Iga Kemba’ang is a ribs curry with Indonesian spices and has a salty and umami taste. This curry dish contains bay leaf, taro leaves, fern leaves, and roast-grated coconut. The Bengkulu people welcome their guests with their traditional dance Tari Bimbang Andun and do not forget to enjoy their delicious Gulai Iga Kemba’ang.
