Ghana – Waakye

This is the dish which is based on BEANS and RICE. This is one of the most famous breakfasts for GHANAIANS. The specialty of this dish is, you can serve its dish in BANANA LEAVES. The meaning of the word “WAAKYE” is BEAN. This word comes from the language of HAUSA. This dish was originated from CARRIBEAN and SOUTH AMERICA.

Pakistan, India, Bangladesh – Bhunna Hua Qeema (Minced Meat)

Bhuna hua qeema means the mince of meat like lamb, mutton, beef, etc are brownish in color, fry them in masala, and spiciest food to eat in lunch or dinner. We can also eat this at breakfast because most of the people in Pakistan eat “salad” in breakfast with parathas or roti as well with a cup of tea must.

Egypt – Mahshi

Mahishi is a vegetable dish cooked with tomatoes and cumin, a soup filled with roasted meat and rice. Mahshi is an Egyptian holiday center where friends and family gather for Iftar on Sundays, especially during Ramadan. The Maheshi was one of the many ships of the Ottoman Empire that stretched from the Balkans to Lamont in Egypt during the ancient Empire. The dish was found in rice and/or meat or cabbage leaves in the Ottoman Empire.

Egypt – Dukkah

The Dukkah, which is a mixture of Egyptian herbs and spices, is broken down into broken jars that do not require much construction. Named Doka (Doka), it is a traditional Egyptian blend that contains ripe fruits, seeds, and hot spices. Doka means “post” in Arabic, an Egyptian spice made from fruits, seeds, and plants. In Egypt, it is said, “eeish we dua’ah,”, which means to deceive bread, because you can trust bread and good deception.

Fiteer baladi is actually known as ” BALADI BREAD “. It is like bread that you should try whenever you visit Egypt. It is an ancient form of bread in Egyptian culture. The Egyptians called it “life” and “luxury.” It is a symbol of family love, hospitality, and friendship. Sharing bread is a sign of trust and relationship.

Ghana – Banku

Banku is the traditional cuisine of GHANA. This dish is made with CORN and CASSAVA dough. This dish is famous all around GHANA but especially in the southern region of Ghana which includes EWE PEOPLE, FANTE PEOPLE, GA ADANGBE PEOPLE. Banku is originated from the two countries GHANA and TOGO.
